**About the role**:
This EYFS, Primary, Secondary and Post-16 SEND school, based in Alnwick, Northumberland is looking to appoint a passionate **Special Needs Classroom Assistant **to work in Key Stage 1, 2, 3 or 4 classes on a full-time basis. Working in this EYFS, Primary, Secondary and Post-16 SEND school as part of an established team, the desired **Special Needs Classroom Assistant **will be working on a small group sized basis with pupils with SEND including Autism, ADHD, communication & visual impairments, cognition needs, and social & emotional difficulties. This full time **Special Needs Classroom Assistant **role is long term from March ongoing with the possibility of a permanent vacancy for the right person.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Special Needs Classroom Assistant you will:

- Experience of working with primary or secondary school aged children.
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
- A passion for the progress of EYFS, Primary, Secondary and Post-16 students.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
