Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in their educational journey? We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Alnwick starting in Septmeber 2024.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process. Working closely with teachers and students, you will:

Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
Facilitate small group activities to enhance learning.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensure they receive the tailored assistance they require.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
