Contracts Administrator role in St Andrews, £20000 to £35000 Annual Salary Dependant on Experience

Hays Business Support are recruiting on behalf of our Established and Exclusive Client in Fife for a Contracts Administrator to join their thriving team on a 6 month fixed term basis with a view to converting to a Permanent contract. Our client are a Nationalfirm specialising in Scientific Consultancy who are looking to add to the St Andrews office environment following retirement. This role is available to start on an immediate basis and is offering a salary ranging from £20000 to £35000 dependant on experienceand fit for the role. Our client welcome applicants from various administrative backgrounds and experience levels, but please note that the top end of the salary bracket will only be applicable to those who possess significant experience in contracts administrationwithin a scientific environment. Due to the confidential nature of this role you will be required to complete a Government Security Clearance check to be appointed.
**Your new role**
You will provide essential administrative support to the St Andrews office as well as remotely to other office bases and the Finance Manager in England. On a daily basis, you will be making travel arrangements and booking meetings and assisting management andpeers with ad-hoc admin tasks and reports. You will also be responsible for utilising the internal software packages and advising peers on its use where necessary and will manage all offices' Microsoft package formatting for report proofing & alignment aswell as in preparing official company letters and presentations. Alongside this you will be responsible for version control, issuing of document numbers and maintaining searchable document archives for company documents sent to customers. You will also providepivotal support in document control and contract management.
