**About the role**

To work with Management to include but not limited to:

- Process all HR related activities:

- Ensuring 12 weeks advance schedule (rotas and holidays).
- Managing holidays, sickness and absence e.g. conducting ‘Return to Work’ etc.
- All aspects of recruitment e.g. adverts, interviews, selection etc.
- Compliance with regards to staff files.
- Schedule and assist with ‘Performance Reviews’ & ‘Supervisions’.
- Ensuring all communication is compliant with branding guidelines.
- Ensuring document compliance e.g. latest policies.
- Ensuring performance levels and standards are kept at a high standard e.g. promptly dealing with performance concerns, investigations outcomes etc.
- Ensuring training compliance e.g. induction material is through (reviewed and updated to ensure high standards).
- To assist in creating new processes (proactively suggesting new ways of working).
- Audits - evidence that audits have been completed for CQC purposes e.g. monthly Operations HR activities.

**Role Requirements**:

- Proven HR experience.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS (Online subscription) (preferred)
