**Job Description**:
We are looking for Care Professionals who can provide exceptional care and support to our clients in the Tavistock area, no two days are the same you could be supporting with:

- Companionship Care and Support to help reduce isolation.
- Social Support in the local community.
- Home Help Services
- Light Housework Duties and Laundry
- Shopping Support
- Personal Care Services
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Support
- Palliative/End of Life Care

The role of a Care Professional with Home Instead you will spend a minimum of an hour per visit with our clients and to ensure continuity of care we match our Care Professionals with our clients.

**Qualifications**:
No formal qualifications are required as we offer a comprehensive induction and on-going training and development with full support in your role.
