We are recruiting for a **Talent Acquisition Partner **to join our established team in supporting the UK & Ireland region.

This is a newly created position, due to the growth of our Talent Acquisition network and could be a great opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter looking to make a move in-house and be more strategically focused or for someone already in-house, excited by the prospect of joining a global organisation.

*please note, this is a contract position with the potential to become permanent*

**What is the purpose of this role?**

In this position, you will play a strategic role in providing support, advice, frameworks and tools for recruitment attraction and selection activity across Olympus, partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to assist with the recruitment and selection of entry to mid-level talent into the organisation.

**What are the key responsibilities?**
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (external and internal) for internal client groups, including Executive level or sensitive recruitment processes
- Managing external agency partnerships/relationships and other relationships with external vendors
- Provide commercial and pragmatic advice to HR and the business and work with them to develop practical solutions
- Responsible for producing talent acquisition analytics and monthly stakeholder reporting
- Provide advice and guidance on the ATS system, direct attraction methodologies and selection tools to HR and business
- Responsible for ensuring the Olympus ATS contains up to date data enabling accurate reporting and that all information published on the intranet/website supports direct attraction and the Olympus employee value proposition
- Ad-hoc project work regarding the ongoing development of the Talent Acquisition function to meet the evolving needs of the business

**What skills and qualifications are required?**
- Previous in-house recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience is preferred but not essential
- Experienced with direct attraction methodologies and tools, including online and social media
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of best practice
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Ability to make decisions and be able to influence and effectively manage stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communicator
