Position Overview

Gateway is a privately held enterprise with a varied portfolio encompassing real estate holdings and thriving businesses that have established robust positions in their respective sectors.

In light of our ongoing success, we are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Recruiter to become a vital part of our expanding HR division at our Head Office.

Your role will involve the identification, interviewing, and onboarding of exceptional talent that aligns with and enhances Gateway's esteemed values and culture. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of effective talent acquisition, achieving results efficiently while embracing diverse and inclusive hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Department to craft compelling job advertisements and promote our openings
  • Identifying and evaluating potential candidates
  • Conducting thorough interviews
  • Overseeing the recruitment process in conjunction with various stakeholders
  • Identifying and collaborating with external recruitment partners as necessary
  • Meeting and surpassing hiring metrics related to time to fill, cost per hire, and diversity initiatives
  • Conducting background checks
  • Participating in recruitment fairs and events

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Strong skills in sourcing talent, attracting high-caliber candidates, and building a robust talent pipeline
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with job boards and recruitment platforms
  • Awareness of current job market trends, providing insights on compensation and benefits to maintain competitiveness
  • Valid UK driving license
