- Assist with Quality Management processes for non-conforming products
- Returns Management process i.e. raising and coordinating returns to correct warehouse
- Creating/ Updating Microsoft Excel trackers

**Essential Skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrator
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- System data entry (Sage200 / ERP)
- Computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft office programs.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
- Proactive and eager to use initiative
