Jackson Sims Recruitment are currently seeking a full time **Residential Day Concierge** for a permanent position at a luxury residential development in East London.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for the day to day security needs of the residential building as well as all communal areas of the building
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times to residents, guests and external contractors
- Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site
- Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager
- Assisting residents with queries
- Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively

**In order to meet our clients expectations you must be**:

- Extremely well-presented

- Diplomatic and discreet
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Security minded
- A strong problem solver
- Customer orientated
- A good communicator

**Hours: 4 on 4 off, days**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£26,775.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- residential concierge: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA License (preferred)
