**Pocket Geek Tech Repair | Wolverhampton**

We are a Pocket Geek Tech Repair franchise store by Assurant. We are based in Wolverhampton City. We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Sales with a Full time and Part time position available to help provide our customers with a Premium Service in our Flagship Store. **Responsibilities for Customer Service Sales**:
Perform informal and formal assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.

Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.

Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times.

Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use.

Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with other members of the customer service sales team.

Familiarise yourself with the current information about services and products available for customers.

Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form.

Meet the customers needs with expertise and professionalism.

A team player whose willing to go the extra mile to serve the customer and make profits for the business.

**Qualifications for Customer Service Sales**:
2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred. Ideally in the tech repair field.

Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the customer service team.

Strong verbal communication skills in the English language.

Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.

Must be comfortable working within a team.

Good sense of organisation and keen attention to detail.

Knowledge of Sales and Customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development.

Ability to perform well in a fast working environment.

**Key Skills**:
a. Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively within the team.

b. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service.

c. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

d. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

e. Report on buying trends, customer needs and feedback for continuous improvements.

f. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share and customer satisfaction.

g. Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints etc)

h. Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance individual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
