Sales Director for Retail Excellence

At the Susan Hamilton Group, we are currently recruiting for a full-time Store Sales Manager. As a seasoned retail sales professional with experience in leading assisted sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success at one of our stores in Slough.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of this thriving retail store, ensuring operational, financial, and brand standards are upheld. This includes overseeing staff management, resource allocation, and product availability to drive sales, control costs, and protect profit.
We are looking for an accomplished business leader who can motivate and coach their team to achieve sales targets and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lead by example, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped individual commission once minimum sales targets are achieved, makes this role highly attractive.
