Reservations Administrator Full Time

Do you have a meticulous attention to detail and enjoy populating systems and spreadsheets?
We’re looking for an Administrator to provide support to the Transport Manager and Garage Teams in delivering the business objectives.
You should have a strong command of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel with previous administration experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collating transport team working hours for payroll.
- Petty Cash / Credit Card Receipts and reconciliation.
- Scanning and logging vehicle inspection reports
- Driver / vehicle compliance record keeping.
- Support Transport Managers with recruitment / appraisals / HR documentation
- Support Transport Managers with DVSA / insurance liaison and documentation
- Support Transport Managers with Health and Safety systems and practices
- Prepare workshop job sheets / invoicing.
- General admin support to the Operations Team
- Populating systems, planners and spreadsheets
- General administrative support to the department as required.
- Manage presentation of reception area.
**Who are we looking for?**
You have great attention to detail and are meticulous in completing your tasks.
You are competent with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel.
You will understand the importance of discretion and working with confidentiality.
You will preferably have an Administration qualification with practical experience.
You work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Hours: Full Time Permanent
