_Memento Exclusives is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Licensing to manage and develop our licensing program across all our licensed partners, including F1, UFC, Moto GP and any new master licences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business during its biggest year to date_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Manage licence renewals with the objective of developing these further as well as securing new license agreements_
- _Extend master licence agreements to the main stakeholders, sponsors, partners, teams, manufacturers, and drivers/riders/athletes_
- _Produce commercial models and strategy documents when necessary to support new licence analysis as well as critical paths to support the delivery of new licence agreements_
- _Ensure contractual obligations within licences are managed and delivered, ensuring end to end delivery._
- _Update and maintain internal licensee royalty reporting whilst reviewing and approving sales reports to enable tracking of royalties on a monthly basis_
- _Assist with the planning, development and delivery of internal workshops to ensure all internal stakeholders are aware of the royalty rates and contractual obligations across all licences_
- _Carry out market analysis, closely following trends within the licensing landscape to identify new prospective licensees in order to expand the programme_
- _Possess strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation and problem solving skills._
- _Will strive for perfection in leading this key part of the business and has the mentality that ‘good enough’ isn’t ‘good enough’_
- _Has a proven track record in successfully managing license agreements, preferably in a leadership role and eager to make the most of commercial opportunities in order to leverage and maximise partnerships_
- _Possesses excellent communication skills, enabling them to successfully collaborate with various other departments of the business in order to facilitate communications and workflow_
- _Demonstrates the ability to plan and coordinate projects against forecasts in order to successfully meet KPI’s_

**Salary**: Up to £60,000.00 per year
