Warranty Administrator

We are seeking an administrator to join our small friendly warranty department in Plymouth.

You will play a key role in processing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, as well as reconciliation of payments.

**Key tasks**:

- Maintaining and developing knowledge of Warranty procedures and the claiming and receiving of payments on behalf of the Dealership and its retail dealers.
- Monitoring the accuracy of all job cards prior to claims being submitted in order to minimse risk to the company at audit.
- Accurately reconciling all statements on payment, recording any deficiencies for further assessment and appeal where applicable.
- Processing warranty claims in a timely manner via the relevant management/computer system, using the appropriate dealer warranty procedures.
- Provide a high level of service to the Service department by pro actively communicating any claim issues and assisting wherever possible with the resolution.
- Accurately filing all relevant paperwork in line with Department procedures.
- Keeping up to date with all product knowledge of entire range and comparable product ranges of Vospers competitors.

**Hours**

40 hours per week
