JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Communicating the product goals and vision to customers, business managers, and the development team..- Creating and managing the product backlog based on customer and business requirements- Prioritizing the product backlog items according to business objectives and overall strategy- Liaise between the product line manager and development team, as well as other stakeholders- Visit customer sites when necessary to optimize relationships- Any other reasonable duties.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT- Educated to degree level or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.- Customer facing experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Essential:_- Understanding of X-Ray microscopy- Stay up to date with current research and development and how it may be applied to enhancing the Nordson’s x-ray systems’ capabilities.- Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team based multi-disciplinary environment- Communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.- Customer focus.- Proactive approach to problem resolution.- A high degree of flexibility in a continuously changing environment..- Good numerical skills.
- Desirable:_- Understanding of X-Ray inspection systems.- Experience of electro-mechanical or robotic systems.- Understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodology

TRAVEL REQUIRED

Regular travel between T&I dependent upon business needs. Some international travel to customer sites.
