**What you'll be involved in**:

- Talent and succession planning across your areas
- Workforce planning ensuring you have the right headcount in the right places
- Aligning your people strategy to the financial plan and needs of the business
- Employee Engagement, understanding the focus areas and driving the plan to support and deliver any action points
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiative.

Ideally you'll be someone who
- Has a strong business partnering background within an operational environment
- Thrives on senior stakeholder management with the gravitas to shape and influence
- Has been involved in huge transformational change before or has a real appetite to do so
- Thrives on the commercial value HR can bring to their stakeholders and is happy to leave ER to the COE's
- Enjoys the freedom of a field role and the travelling that comes along with that
