Job description

As a HR Business Partner Support team member, you will:

Act as the first point of contact on a range of people related issues, initiatives, policies and procedures, often sensitive and complex in nature.

Provide administration support to the team including maintaining case management files, producing sickness absence reports and taking minutes at formal case management meetings.

Engage with our Occupational Health provider, Staff Counsellors, Trade Union colleagues and our employee networks to discuss support for staff members.

Support managers with the occupational health referrals process and actively monitor appointments and reports.

Provide support to the HR Business Partners in relation to resourcing matters including liaising with the recruitment team to ensure smooth transition for new starters and staff transfers

Monitor probation processes and support managers in dealing with queries and issues during this period.

Demonstrate a strong customer service focus, building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
