**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Document Management**:
Organise, categorise, and maintain a comprehensive document control system for all aircraft-related documents, including design specifications, production procedures, and quality assurance records.

Implement and enforce document control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Version Control**:
Maintain accurate version control of all documents, ensuring that the latest revisions are readily available to authorised personnel.

Implement a systematic approach to track changes, updates, and approvals for all documents.

**Regulatory Compliance**:
Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and certification requirements to ensure that all documents align with current legal and regulatory frameworks.

Collaborate with regulatory bodies and quality assurance teams to guarantee compliance with aviation industry standards.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, production managers, and quality assurance personnel, to facilitate the timely creation, review, and approval of documents.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments to ensure seamless document flow.

**Security and Confidentiality**:
Implement security measures to protect sensitive and confidential information contained in documents.

Enforce access controls and permissions to restrict document access to authorised personnel only.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience as a Document Controller in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace or aircraft industry.

In-depth knowledge of document management systems, standards, and best practices.

Familiarity with aviation regulations and certifications (e.g., CAA, EASA).

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
