Our client is a Construction firm who are looking for a talented Bid Writer to join their team as a Graduate Bids Writer.

Ideally, they will be looking for career progression in Bids, as this is something the client wants to help develop them into. Someone with a Creative Writing or English Degree would be perfect for this position.

Junior Bids Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Head of Bids and Senior Bid Coordinator with the completion of pre-qualification questionnaires
- Assisting with the submission of tenders
- Analyse tender documents
- Maintaining and updating the bid library
- Writing bids
- Any other ad-hoc duties required

Junior Bids Coordinator Profile:

- Excellent written English, being able to write with different audiences in mind
- Possess good attention to detail and fantastic time management; as will have to handle multiple conflicting responsibilities
- Have confidence in communicating with both those in and outside of the team
- Able to work under their own initiative, taking on the needs of each project
- Proficiency with the following software: Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office
- A flare for creative writing
