**About us**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as an In-House Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within our ladies fashion wholesale business by cultivating strong client relationships and maximizing sales opportunities. You must exude confidence, have a friendly interactive personality.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition**:Identify potential new clients within the ladies fashion wholesale market, showcasing our product line and value proposition to secure new accounts.

2. **Account Management**: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

3. **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets, using social media and various other e-commerce platforms.

4. **Order Fulfilment**: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while addressing any customer queries or concerns.

5. **Content Creation**: Must be camera confident Generating live content using products in house, in line with current social media trends. Video or Reel creation is a bonus.

6. **Customer Engagement**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product line, including materials, styles, and sizing, to effectively present and promote our offerings to potential clients.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Sales Experience**: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the fashion industry or related field, with a strong understanding of wholesale sales dynamics.

2. **Client Relationship Management**: Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, negotiate effectively, and adapt to various sales cycles.

3. **Results-Oriented**: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

4. **Adaptability**:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales initiatives.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
