We are seeking an experienced Insurance Relationship Manager to join our client, a successful broker based in Cheltenham.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effective oversight and management of relationships with our clients’ insurers and partners to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiencies
- Work proactively with colleagues in Sales and Operations to understand and deliver on their service requirements.
- Develop, implement and manage SLA’s across our insurer panel and partners.
- Lead initiatives for sales and service improvements by acting on feedback from partners and internal stakeholders
- Working closely with the Product and Proposition team to support the delivery of new products and implementation of service requirements.
- Act as first point of contact and escalation for partners.
- Support the review and negotiation of partner contracts
- Ensure effective reporting mechanisms in place with all key partners

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in managing third party relationships or operational experience in the implantation and management of service levels
- Strong understanding of the insurance market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and business management capabilities
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Problem-solving and innovative mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
