As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a vital role in the care and support of our patients. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical expertise and compassionate nature to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients with mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, conducting risk assessments, and providing therapeutic interventions to support patients on their recovery journey.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and their families, supporting them in understanding and managing their condition. You will also collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver effective care plans that promote recovery and enhance the overall well-being of our patients.

The temporary position will commence on 23/02/2024 and end on 24/02/2024. The shifts will start at 19:30:00 and end at 08:00:00, allowing for overnight coverage and continuous care provision. You will be compensated with a highly competitive payment rate of £280 per shift, paid through PAYE, ensuring you are rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified RMN with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration. Experience working within a mental health setting is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to our staff.
