They are working with fantastic brands and celebrity influencers from the UK to the USA and the Caribbean. Which you would have all expenses visits to these destinations for 1-2 weeks as part of your role.

Management is truly awesome and will give you all the support and investment for you to be the very best at what you do.

Offices are based in London for team meetings as and when. You have the flexibility to work in the office or work from home.

This role will sit within their collaborative team and you will work across some of our most high-profile and exciting clients, including a well-known luxury travel brand and some of the most popular social media apps.

We are looking for a passionate AM who can demonstrate confident leadership across various touchpoints of the business; leading on campaigns and projects as part of our brilliant team; handling the management of a vibrant fast-paced environment; nurturingclient relationships and growing accounts.

**Senior Social Media Manager**

We’re currently experiencing rapid growth and are looking to bring on board yet another confident and creative Senior Social Media Manager to join our expansive international team. This person should have a thorough understanding of the TikTok and YouTubecommunity and how to successfully interact with them. This role will sit across our Creative & Social teams and will include the day-to-day management of various TikTok & YouTube accounts, including escalating all enquiries, queries or issues to the rightdepartment.

You will be self-assured in your approach, meticulous in your attention to detail and able to proactively run the day-to-day of branded social media accounts and content creation. You’ll be strategic and able to identify trends, utilise data and social listeningto prescribe and communicate content strategies. You’ll be a passionate, natural storyteller and a self-starting individual working across various touchpoints of the business. Brand and Community Management experience is essential for this senior role so wecan hit the ground running in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience
- Deep understanding of influencer strategies, management, production, trends
- First-class copywriting skills and CTA creation
- Defined experience in community engagement/management
- Experience handling crisis situations and points of escalation
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Travel on international shoots as directed

**Personal Attributes**:

- A social media expert who keeps up to date with latest social trends

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and posting organic content across all social media platforms (specifically YouTube)
- Ability to ideate, create, edit and deliver engaging social video content that performs
- Ability to use social tools to assess and measure social performance, then build reports including analysis, key learnings and recommendations
- Creative input on social/content plans including idea generation
- To work closely with our clients and be able to support them through any crisis and manage this effectively
- Owning, implementing and managing the 'content calendar’ for the brand
- Guiding the client through the process of community management as well as establishing processes with other team members within the agency
- Working alongside our Talent Division and Content Creators to help produce engaging, trend-worthy content
- Articulately write conceptual and strategic briefs to inspire creators and review those briefs against the produced content

**Experience Required**:

- Extensive experience at a Senior Social Media Manager level
- Client handling at a high level, able to work with multiple accounts and workstreams
- Professionalism when managing brand communications in a Community Management role
- Experienced in negative PR and crisis management
- Strong customer services experience & knowledge on how to build customer relationships
- Creative thinking with sound knowledge of the content creation process and production, influencer management knowledge preferred
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple work streams as well as collaborate with teams within the agency and client-side
- Enthusiastic about the latest developments in social media and keeping on top of any trends
- Strong knowledge of all the popular social media platforms,
- Top analytical skills for reporting and everyday decision making
- Extremely strong communication skills - able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong writing skills and attention to grammatical detail, as well as developing friendly and relatable tone of voice for brands
- Concrete experience across influencer, digital and social campaigns
- Extensive experience working with senior global clients and the ability to pitch and present ideas with clarity and confidence
- Strong work ethic and proven experience successfully managing and influencing senior stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
