Senior Social Media Manager

Salary: £50,000 per year + bonus

Location: SW London – Hybrid

Reporting to: Chief Design and Brand Identity Officer

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.


My client is a leading global consumer goods brand who are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join their award winning in-house design team based in southwest London. As Senior Social Media Manager you will own the social media and communications strategy and be responsible for driving the brands global social media presence across all platforms.


Key responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the social media and communications strategy across all platforms.
  • Create, develop and manage high quality, engaging content for the brands various platforms. Including text, images, graphics, video’s, podcasts, etc. Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • End-to-end campaign management – plan and execute social media campaigns from concept to post-campaign analysis.
  • Community management. Engaging directly with followers, responding to direct messages and comments. Building a community for internal and external global platforms.
  • Analytics and reporting. Regularly monitor social media metrics against key objectives, reporting on campaign performance, and using data to inform future campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Identify, collaborate with and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Activate global events and exhibitions.


What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years experience in a social media or communications role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience managing campaigns end-to-end (paid and organic)
  • Experience performing social media analytics and social listening tools.
  • Knowledge of creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of Paid Social platforms. (Google ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Budget management experience.


To be successful as the Senior Social Media Manager you must be a creative and strategic, fostering meaningful social interactions. You will be an expert in communications, with the confidence to manage and influence global stakeholders at all levels.
