We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Outpatients Reception Team in Cwm Taf Morgannwg based in Prince Charles Hospital/The Royal Glamorgan Hospital. The position involves dealing with and helping both patients and others.

The role also includes general administrative tasks including booking hospital appointments, using electronic patient systems and dealing with patient notes.

You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of care to our patients whilst ensuring queries are dealt with in a professional manner supporting the work of the department in the provision of an efficient and effective service.
