**Role Purpose**

As part of the Cappagh Browne (CBUL) Senior Leadership team, to lead and manage the Discipline Operation Managers. To work in close cooperation with the Client to deliver the Framework objectives and associated SLA’s including ensuring that we have sufficient accredited and experience (direct and or supply chain) resource that delivers works safely, first time right, on time, and within budget across the IOW, Hampshire, Sussex, and Kent.

**Role Summary**
- To have full understanding our workload/projects
- Ensure sufficient resource to workload/project
- Manage and monitor projects and teams
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Drive daily performance
- Client liaison and management
- Ensure strong budget control including change management
- Maintain records and ensure that they are on the central SharePoint repository
- Report on progress & performance
- Supporting all functions of the business to work together effectively
- Communicate changes to relevant parties
- Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post

**Experience & Qualification Required**

**Required**
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Good communications skills
- High competence in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Driver’s license

**Desired**
- NEBOSH Construction
- Utility multi-year framework experience in either WasteWater, Water, Electric, or Gas
- Additionally preferable experience if in Reactive Repair and Maintenance Experience
- Deep excavation experience
- Competence with MS Project, Power BI
- High Pressure Jetting
- NRSWA Supervisor

**Desirable Experience**
- Experience in a senior operations management role

**Salary**: From £90,000.00 per year
