This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a passionate and persuasive leadership facilitator/trainer to join the dynamic L&D team at SJP, and enhance and support the delivery of leadership strategy across the business. This person will design and facilitate leadership and team day solutions aligned to the SJP Leadership Blueprint, and use the Hogan psychometric tool to run debriefs and team days. This is a highly skilled role requiring significant L&D experience and proven gravitas at facilitating senior leadership sessions from C-Suite down.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Be a Leadership Blueprint ambassador to the business delivering both virtual & face-to-face sessions to include: Leadership Blueprint sessions, Hogan Team Days, Psychological Safety Team Days and Team Climate.
- Facilitate development events for other parts of the business/Corporate events as required.
- Build trusted relationships with business Stakeholders to ensure effective planning, delivery & evaluation of interventions.
- Draw on previous experience in a range of facilitative methods, developmental tools and techniques to create tailored interventions for teams and individuals which encourage participation and learning.
- Use best practice methodologies and experience to design high quality leadership content to deliver and support digital team.
- Influence/input into leadership development strategy to ensure it remains current and ensures relevant and continued commitment, involvement, and accountability from all senior leaders.
- Be curious, innovative and continually expanding own specialist knowledge to stay abreast of industry best practice and play a pivotal role in the delivery of the L&D strategy.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Expert in L&D, particularly in the area of leadership, and able to demonstrate effective approaches to client contracting and needs analysis to draw out right goals and key objectives to plan for and facilitate specific events.
- Knowledge and significant experience of both face to face and virtual online facilitation combining structured frameworks, processes, tools and techniques with creative approaches.
- Able to showcase a depth of development and coaching experience - know how to guide a facilitation group to achieve successful and sustainable outcomes.
- Detailed training design knowledge to create programmes for range of Stakeholders including senior executives and C-suite.
- Knowledge/experience of a range of psychometric tools ideally including Hogan.
- Experience of presenting and demonstrating gravitas on camera advantageous, also being a certified professional facilitator (IAF).
- Good understanding of the SJP distribution model and its Partners and how the different functions contribute to the success of the SJP business.
- Good understanding of SJP’s corporate strategy/cultural ambitions and how L&D division is aligned to enable these.
- Awareness of FS sector trends/issues and regulatory environment.
- Solution and outcome focused with a pragmatic approach.
- Credible and engaging learning professional with exceptional delivery skills and immediate gravitas.
- Comfortable working with all leadership levels and skilled at adapting style to get best results.
- High degree of confidentiality and emotional intelligence.

**Special Requirements**:
Frequent national travel (often to Cirencester, London, Solihull, Bristol, Manchester), with some overnight stays. Some flexibility around working hours expected from time to time.
