This pivotal new role requires a versatile and innovative transformation professional with previous transformation consulting experience likely to have been gained within a leading management consultancy or Big 4 accountancy firms. This person will manage the transformation business case ensuring sufficient focus on identifying and validating key sources of value, developing tracking strategy/metrics and facilitating key senior engagement whilst mitigating risk. Experience of leading and influencing at a senior level is a pre-requisite as the RDO Value Lead will collaborate with the wider transformation leadership team to develop recommendations for a dynamic initiative portfolio.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Determine and drive standards for business cases including the identification of benefits and sources of value (financial and non-financial), developing program budget to ensure effective return on investment.
- Support business/project leaders and change teams in creating business propositions and identifying sources of value, taking an active lead on strategic programmes.
- Collaborate closely with CFO and other senior management to build 5-year transformation financial plan and annual budget.
- Determine and ensure that programs are correctly prioritised to deliver most overall value to the business.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting against agreed metrics, in conjunction with the process lead to drive outcomes within approved parameters.

- Recognised as a transformation expert across the business with validated business/commercial acumen and strong knowledge of business finance.
- A credible and responsible leader who generates respect.
- Able to focus on hard outcomes - making logical decisions aligned to program landmarks, tracking progress and monitoring benefits, maintaining pace of execution whilst managing/mitigating risk.
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of SJP, Partners and Clients with a strong understanding of the wealth management industry, key competitors and the regulatory environment.
- Utilise data driven analysis to structure a problem and provide recommendations that drive the best return for the business.
- Work successfully in a constantly evolving and complex environment.
- Responsible, with wider RDO leadership team, for shaping the RDO team in line with business requirements with a keen focus on budget and return on investment to drive forward business success and investor confidence.
- Line manager for individual team and responsible for development and implementation of business continuity plans and procedures.
- Embedding FCA’s principle 12 within the team including any associated policies and practices.
