Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead our youth ministry, building on our existing work and taking it to the next level. As a Youth Ministry Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with young people, draw them to Jesus, and help them grow in their faith.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and building teams, influencing and growing youth work, and having pastoral oversight for all aspects of 11-18's youth work. They will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced in youth ministry, with a passion for seeing the lives of young people transformed.

As part of our leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our church's youth ministry, working closely with other leaders to ensure that we are relevant, engaging, and effective in our mission to reach young people.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, parents, and other stakeholders. They will be comfortable with public speaking, able to articulate their vision and values, and inspire others to join them on this journey.
