Job Summary:WELLINGBOROUGH_ NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional care to individuals in a Dementia/Residential setting. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, administering medication, assisting creating and implementing care plans, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

**Duties**:

- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Create and maintain care plans tailored to each resident's needs
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
- Communicate with healthcare professionals
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and supporting other care team members

**Skills**:

- Experience as a Senior Carer or similar caregiving roles
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in using basic IT tools for documentation and communication
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with Residents
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
