Robert Half Technology is working with a marketing leading Legal Firm to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst on a permanent basis within their London offices.

**Role**

The Desktop Support Analyst will provide on-site technical support for the London office, and remote service desk support to our United States and China offices during off hours. The analyst will at all times provide and maintain the highest level of customersupport by completing all applicable troubleshooting steps, utilising Knowledge Base resources, and following firm procedures and policies to ensure end-user concerns are handled in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

**Profile**
- Works directly with end users to provide quick service restoration and subsequent updates regarding final resolution
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally, while maintaining a client service orientation.
- Ability to use sound judgement and discretion in dealing with highly confidential information.
- Ability to maintain stamina throughout a standard workday, on
- and off-site.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and work regularly scheduled hours.
- Ability to take direction and accept supervision.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, organise and accurately prioritise work, be detail-oriented, understand when urgency is required and use good judgement in varied situations.
- Ability to work effectively with co-workers in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

**The Role**
- Record, track, and document all Service Desk requests. This includes documenting all end user and support team communications, actions taken, and customer interactions through final resolution.
- Escalate to Level III support groups and manage the ticket through resolution, keeping the user apprised of updates and progress.

**Salary - £35,000 - £45,0000 including benefits
