Recruiting Solutions Ltd are looking to recruit a full-time person as a Stock Office Receipt and Dispatch clerk working permanent night shift.
They need to be capable of following set-in stone processes time and time again, be organized and show sound decision making when things don't go according to plan. Benefit by having good written and IT skills along with being an excellent communicator as you will be required to talk with visiting lorry drivers and on occasion haulage companies or customers.
The role covers the processing of stock receipts onto and dispatches off our Warehouse Management IT system. Updating our vehicle movement booking diary system and working closely with the Operations team. There will also be some general office duties, the raising / amending of customer orders, filing / archiving documentation & some scrutiny checking.
Work times are 22:00 to 06:00 Sunday -Thursday.
The initial 12 weeks will be on agency working 40 hrs at a flat hourly rate of £12.11.Training will be provided on an on-the-job basis.
Providing the initial 12-week assessment period is satisfactory, from the 1st day of week 13 the person will be offered a permanent contract.
