The company also produces biofuels and renewable energy and provides services for farming and the food industry. The company has a UK annual turnover approaching £280 million and employs around 1,000 people at 19 sites across the country.
The Position
Applications are invited for an Ingredients Storage Operative to join our Operations department at our SARVAL site in Colsterworth. This is a permanent, full-time position. The working hours will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As an Ingredients Storage Operative your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company’s requirements but will include:
- To provide a manual and hands on approach to the monitoring and maintenance of the storage facility operations for the intake, handling and dispatching of products, including ancillary items (packaging, stationery, and chemicals etc.)
- To operate the plant and machinery in order to manage stock rotation, receipt, and dispatch of products, including the weighbridge function.
- To monitor Health and Safety within the workplace for SARVAL and all 3rd party staff.
