Crick, United Kingdom XPO Logistics Full time

**Logistics done differently.**

At XPO, we have an amazing HR Central Services team based at our Head Office in Crick. Part of that team is Payroll and due to internal promotion, we are now looking for a part time Payroll Administrator to join our team.

The experience our colleagues receive is our number one priority. We touch their work life in many different ways and between us, we look after nearly 5000 colleagues across over 120 sites.

On a day to day basis, you’ll be working as part of a small, but friendly team, processing payroll information onto our payroll system, ADP. Our colleagues are able to contact the team via a ticketing system, so you will be responding to queries raised and assisting them with their enquiries as required. Attention to detail is imperative in this role and you will thrive on being busy and taking pride in your work.

You’ll also be responsible for updating payroll records, including P45’s, new starter information and other changes as required. Maintaining these records in the best possible way is so important to not only us as a business, but also our colleagues to ensure they are always paid correctly and on time.

It’s a busy role and requires lots of attention to detail, organisation, collaboration, coordination, prioritisation and attention to detail. As we are always looking for ways to improve what we do, so an eye for detail and spotting opportunities is key.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to work on a Monday and Tuesday and then an additional day of the week, but we will try to be as flexible as possible. We offer hybrid working and would imagine that you would be in the office 2 days out of the 3 per week, but we may be able to be flexible around this.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000 pro rata, per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pro rata (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- Working knowledge of ADP Global View (preferable but not essential)
- Awareness and knowledge of current Payroll related legislation and HMRC guidelines
- Experience and knowledge of occupational pension schemes
- Experience and knowledge of Time & Attendance systems

**Be part of something big.**

XPO is a leading provider of world-class solutions to the most successful companies in the world. We help our customers manage their goods most efficiently using our technology and services. Our greatest strength is our global team - energetic, innovative people of all experience levels and talents who make XPO a great place to work.
