As the Document Controller you will be responsible for all Document Control functions, ensuring compliance with our client & Amentum's Document Control requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Management of the relevant vault within the EDRM systems used for the project by client & Amentum
- To work in conjunction with all Project Teams to ensure that all Deliverables and Non-Deliverables are uploaded to the corrects EDRMS Systems in accordance with Project requirements and timescales
- File, distribute, store and destroy highly sensitive information.
- Ensure that the Projects are all fully compliant with the Document Control requirements of the client and Amentum by locating and retrieving files and delivering the documented transaction
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
- Develop and organise company archives and organizational history.
- Develop, evaluate and implement document procedures that ensure smooth workflow within/between these areas.
- Expediting and coordinating information in line with demanding programme.
- Receive, issue and control project documentation
- Update project documentation trackers
- Attend project meetings to provide support and address any issues to ensure the effective flow of documentation
- Ability to produce reports about various document control inboxes

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

- Working or basic Knowledge of various Data Management Systems
- Positive attitude, adaptable and resilient to change
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent people and management skills
- Be able to obtain ‘Security Clearance’
