**Title: Commercial and Operations Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain an efficient Purchase Order system, which allows the business to effectively track approved expenditure
- Liaise with Finance team to ensure all invoices are matched to Purchase Orders and approved in good time
- Produce expenditure reports on a weekly basis for review by the management team
- Work with the Finance team to ensure that costs are correctly allocated to the right cost centre and that where costs have been incurred, but not invoiced, they are accrued for correctly
- Maintain a suite of stock reports to identify when new stock orders should be raised
- Manage office sample stocks
- Process all International Sample orders and track orders through to delivery
- Receipt and process all finished product orders from UK resellers
- Update revenue reports based on orders received
- Raise and log invoices for dispatched orders
- Assist with Debtor Management, chasing unpaid invoices
- Assist in the timely completion of international orders, providing administrative support to the Operations Director
- Support the Operations Director to produce a monthly operational report
- Carry out any adhoc requests as required by the management team

**Key Skills**
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills - high level of Microsoft Excel competence is crucial
- Accounting/ Operational Experience is desirable but not essential

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Altrincham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
