A vacancy has arisen for a regional Electrical Operator, to join S&B Utilities. The post will support project delivery across all sites both regionally and nationally, hours of work will be to suit the business requirements.

S&B Utilities are involved in many engineering disciplines, working in exciting areas such as the Ministry of Defence and the regulated water industry.

**_The role briefly encompasses the following duties: - _**

Identifying engineered and process control improvement opportunities

Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer/ client focus

Ensure the work is completed to a high standard

Assisting in promoting a proactive safety culture on all projects to drive for zero harm culture

Assisting in delivering works on time

Identifying efficiencies and innovation where possible

Identifying the client's requirements and ensure that they are delivered to the client's satisfaction.

Identifying all risks and managing actions and implementation to mitigate such risks

Experience working on electrical / Mechanical plant and equipment

Basic Electrical / Mechanical Knowledge / qualification

Knowledge and understanding of client specifications and equipment

Experience of installation and repair solutions

Strong communication skills at all levels

Full UK Driving Licence

Team Player with an ability to work on own initiative

Confident & Friendly

Practical, logical, adaptable with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Work well on their own with minimum supervision

Flexible

Positive attitude towards safety and reporting unsafe conditions

Good Timekeeping
