What You’ll be Doing as a Senior Sales Executive:

Engage Customers: Connect with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, presenting our products/services with enthusiasm. Understand Needs: Tailor solutions by understanding each customer's unique requirements, ensuring they receive the perfect fit. Craft Compelling Pitches: Develop persuasive sales pitches to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings, captivating potential clients. Achieve Targets: Meet monthly sales targets, sealing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system. Provide Exceptional Service: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with Team: Work with our sales team to develop strategies for achieving goals and enhancing performance. Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales Experience: Proven success in telesales or customer-facing roles over a couple of years. Communication Skills: Expert at building connections and leaving lasting impressions. Persuasive Ability: Turn objections into opportunities with finesse. Relationship Building: Focus on long-term customer relationships. Goal-oriented: Track record of exceeding sales targets. Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and sales tools. Team Player: Collaborative nature drives success. Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Resilient: Bounce back stronger from setbacks. Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments.

Ways of Working:

This is a full-time and permanent position, offering the flexibility of hybrid working, following the successful completion of your probation and the ongoing achievement of your performance objectives.

You'll be based at our ultramodern office in Knaresborough. Our work hours are Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with an earlier finish of 4:30 pm on Fridays.
