**We are currently looking for a Referrals Coordinator to join our team at Acuity Care Group.**

**Acuity Care Group is made up of three divisions: Bespoke Health & Social Care, Team Brain Injury Support and Learning Disability & Autism. We are a leading, specialist provider of complex clinical care services to individuals throughout the UK. We support both adults & children with medium to long term needs.**

At the Acuity Care Group, our aim is to provide outstanding, bespoke care that promotes independence, dignity and choice for individuals, across a range of high acuity healthcare sectors. Within the group we have 3 services; Learning, Development and Autism; Complex Care and Team Brain Injury Support.

We’re looking for a Referrals Coordinator to join out our close knit, fast-paced team. The Referrals Coordinator will be responsible for identifying potential new commissioners, engage with the right decisions makers and ensure the meetings are scheduled for the Service Development Managers. You will support the development of new geographical locations and client services, support the writing and submission of framework agreements and tenders, along with set up and attend conferences and exhibitions.

This role is home based but will require interaction with colleagues, external professionals and service commissioners.

- Excellent word, excel and power point skills
- A professional, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual

- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Educated to A Level (or equivalent) with GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths is desirable.
