**Rethink Mental Illness are hiring a Support Worker to join our inspiring and friendly team at Gloucestershire Supported Housing, Cheltenham.**

**Overview of the role purpose**:
As a Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.

**I will work with the following people and teams**:

- Service Users
- Bank Support Workers / Support Workers
- Volunteers
- Team Leaders
- Service Manager
