Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

We are a dedicated care provider serving communities in the Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury, Berkeley, South Gloucestershire and Stroud. We are currently seeking a compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker.

The Role:

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably. This may involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as shopping, personal care, and medication management. You will also offer companionship, mentoring, and build trusted relationships with clients.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including household chores and appointments.
  • Providing support with personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Managing client medication and ensuring they take their prescribed medication correctly.
  • Offering companionship and engaging in activities that promote mental wellness.
