We are looking for an enthusiastic payroll administrator to join our growing payroll bureau.

Joining an established team, you will be responsible for running a variety of client payrolls in a timely and efficient manner.

This payroll administrator position will enable you to take full advantage of the hybrid working that we offer to all of our people. Whether you’re working from the office, from home or from a client site, we support our people to achieve the right balance of flexibility in line with delivering excellent client service.

It won’t all be about work - this role will give you the opportunity to study payroll qualifications as well as the opportunity to get involved in our CSR and Business Development activities, all of which will combine to aid your overall career development.

**The Role**

Playing a key part in the day to day running of monthly and weekly client payrolls, your responsibilities will include:

- Regularly liaising with our clients to ensure that you have all the information required to run their payrolls
- Processing tax and allowances
- Providing a pensions auto enrolment service
- Dealing with payroll and bank credits

**What we are looking for**

To be considered for the role, you will need to have:

- Previous payroll administration experience - this can be gained from within either an in-house or bureau environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced working environment
- Good IT skills and be able to confidently use Microsoft office and payroll software
