Established for over twenty-five years. Venezia Marketing is an independent family run business which has firmly established itself as a prominent company specialising in toilet seats and general bathroom spares.
We are looking for someone to join our 25+ team in a FULL-TIME position as a Office Customer Service & Support Adviser within our fast-growing company.
**General job role includes**:
- Work with the support team to respond to customer enquiries.
- Building & updating products on our website
- Update & editing images on our website
- Opportunity to grow within your role while learning on the job
**Required skills**
- A background in a similar role would be useful, but not essential as training will be given.
- Good practical computer experiences essential.
- Strong customer service focus
- Be organised and be able to work as an individual on your own initiative, also to work well as part of a team
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organised with strong time management skills
- We are looking for someone with a positive and mature attitude to work

Own transport necessary due to location, parking on site.
starting salary £10.50 per hour / £21,840 per annum
Annual leave - 20 Days Per Annum + Bank Holidays
