**About the Role**

**Base Location**: Portsmouth

**Salary**: £26,609 - £30,472 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

**Working Pattern**: Permanent | Full Time, Hours are Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm | Office based

Our General Enquires Advisors are at the heart of our business; you're often the first person our customers speak to, and we need passionate, enthusiastic individuals like you to join our team.

**What is the Role?**
- Answering inbound calls from customers and managing the customers needs and expectations.
- Taking General Enquiries calls from customers requesting minor maintenance work on the network, logging the details and scheduling work for customers.
- Booking works on Skedulo and uploading photographs, maps etc for our engineering teams.
- Sending reminders to customers regarding jobs booked and completing customer call-backs and closing jobs.
- Provide a daily report for key stakeholders detailing the jobs that have been raised in each regional area.
- Recording and resolving complaints and logging and highlighting damage to the network while managing a high level of allocated work on a daily basis.
- Supporting other Teams in the Contact Centre as required.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to:

- Have previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent listening skills.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
