Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to oversee all Administration duties within the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raising PO’s once buyer/purchaser has reviewed and negotiated the costs with the supplier
- Progress chasing/following up with suppliers.
- Good receipting once work is delivered.
- Update stock sheets.
- Coordinate the return sheets with the warehouse staff.
- Reviewing outstanding PO’s to check validity
- Assisting with investigating stock-checking variances - ie, looking for missing transactions that would be useful on specific categories of materials where booking in / booking out hasn’t happened as it should have.

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and adapt
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.38 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Basford, Nottinghamshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
