We remain an independent company operating in a number of niche markets, primarily retail gift vouchers, gift cards and branded confectionery. In all cases our operations involve working nationally with big brands and high volume sales. Operations now include wholesale and consumer sales for Cadbury and Green & Black’s, white label gift voucher and gift card solutions for over 50 major UK and international retailers; corporate fulfilment services via our dedicated handling operation - Vex Rewards, The Gift List - an online wedding and gift list service and consumer and corporate voucher sales via Voucher Express.

**Summary of the role**
The System Administrator is primarily responsible for administering and maintaining the IT Systems that Hemingways utilises and providing support for the users of those systems.
**Main Duties**
- Support and maintain Hemingways IT Systems and the users of those systems.
- Document IT systems and processes.
- Maintain all systems in alignment with Company Policy ISO27001, PCI and DPA standards.
- Ensure change management processes are followed for system/software changes.
- Provide advice and support to other IT team members.
- Provide advice and support to other business areas and staff.
**Secondary Duties**
- Provide cover for other members of the IT department
- Provide technical support for HMS infrastructure and users.
- Positively promote the company’s policies and standards.
Assist in other areas of the business during peak periods.

Netwrix Auditor
Knowledge of ITIL and ISO27001
Project management.

**Qualification, Training or Educations
At least two years’ experience of working in a systems support/development role with IT.
GCSE Maths, English
Driving License and own vehicle
IT related degree or equivalent.
Project management qualification.
