**ORGANIZATIONAL PLACEMENT**
- **ACTIVITIES**
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Assist in the overall recruitment process by liaising with recruitment agencies and by setting up interviews.
- Administration of the HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Support with the new starters orientating such as Induction.
- Management and administration of Employee Benefits: pension, private healthcare, car fleet, company credit cards and fuel cards.
- Administration and maintenance of HR processes and records: sickness, holidays etc.
- Support in the identification of employees’ training needs, booking training and maintain an accurate completion of training records.
- Liaise with the pay slip provider by collecting and sending pay information.
- Assist in the administration of Health and Safety across the business.
- Support in writing and implementing Company policies and procedures.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- This role would ideally suit someone who has an HR qualification with at least 5/6 years of experience in HR as generalist and who is looking to broaden his/her experience.
- HR qualification or equivalent
- At least 5/6 years of knowledge and experience of the duties described above
- Proficient in Italian
