Job description

**Job Overview**

The role is part of the International Sales Team who will have responsibility for distributors and customers in Europe and the Middle East, to build an international presence, and long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, as well as developour international sales targets in new geographical areas. Operating in the Building Services market as well as an extensive range of project work.

Full technical training is provided.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop long-term relationships with distributors and customers
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal colleagues and stakeholders
- Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and customers
- Actively seeking new opportunities, to create new relationships with new customers
- Be confident and accurate when providing quotations
- Have the ability to be able to negotiate on orders
- Visit customers (as required), be involved in customer visits and attend international exhibitions
- Provide monthly reports on the activity levels with each Distributor, forecast and pipeline, enquiry levels, quotations, orders received and importantly status against our corporate goals

**Skillset**
- Strong computer literacy (MS Windows) and a proven background electro/mechanical engineering is essential
- Excellent communication skills whether written or verbal
- Attention to detail is essential
- Be prepared to learn and work under challenging commercial deadlines
- Be conscientious and a positive contributor as a member of the international team
