**Graduate Sales Executive**

**Fareham**

**£23,000 rising to £29,000 within 18 months**

**Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm**

Our client is a leading Waste Management company based in Fareham. They are looking for a Graduate who is looking for an opportunity to build a career within Business Development and Account Management with a well-established company who offer stabilityand clear progression.

If you are a driven graduate with good communication skills and a desire to succeed then this could be the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To generate new business sales and maximise/retain existing business within specific industry sectors in line with Group expectations from existing clients and potential new clients; providing first class customer service.
- To reach monthly and annual sales targets in line with regional team targets.
- Proactively build and maintain solid relationships with all customers; recording all information correctly onto inhouse systems.
- To be able complete ongoing Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship during.

**Key Skills required**:

- **Recent Graduate (essential)**:

- **Driven and tenacious individual who thrives in a target driven and performance-based environment**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Good organisational skills and ability to keep calm under pressure.
