Purchasing Coordinator

We are working with a diverse & vibrant company based in Witney who are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to provide admin support to the purchasing and production functions.
Reporting to the Materials Manager, you will update assembly & project engineers on deliveries & kit dates, expediting & reporting materials shortages & organising shipments.
Duties also include processing of purchase orders, creating & maintaining reports, submitting quotes and inputting orders for customers as well as providing occasional cover for the stores dept for holidays & absences.
You will have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, possess excellent attention to detail & good communication skills.
